Meet Our Team
Jena Palmby – Managing Partner
A graduate of Indiana State University, Jena spent over 17 years with RR Donnelley & Sons in Crawfordsville, IN and Chicago, IL, building her career in customer service and procurement. She launched PROforma S & C Marketing Solutions in 2011 with a passion for helping businesses grow their brands. Outside of work, Jena enjoys the outdoors, watching sports, playing golf, and spending time with her boys.
Ken Palmby – Director of Business Development
Ken is a Wayne State University graduate with a career rooted in Human Resources across RR Donnelley, Ball Container, Alcan, and Logoplaste. He joined PROforma S & C in 2011, bringing people-first leadership and a strong business background. A lifelong sports fan and golfer, Ken is also known for his music knowledge—especially from the 70s and 80s. He enjoys sharing his love of sports and music with his boys.
Connor Palmby – Account Manager
Connor, a University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh graduate, started his career in logistics before moving into retail management. He joined PROforma S & C in December 2024, bringing a fresh perspective and strong client service skills. A former college baseball player, Connor enjoys watching and playing sports, connecting with friends, participating in group activities, and getting out on the golf course.
